Underwater Balloons
Several years ago I came up with the idea of popping balloons underwater. It has been on my list of "To Be Photographed" ever since because I never got around to doing it. Well here are a couple of pictures that were taken at the H.A.N. University of Nijmegen, school for Physics teachers by Sander Velthuis and Xander Verbeet. They came up with the same idea and acted upon it.
